Shipping Policy
Gold Glow Beauty has a reliable shipping for receiving your product directly at your home, whether in Canada or USA.
We focus on the user experience from the packaging and shipping process, to receiving the product in your hands
We use Canada Post and UPS system. There are three shipping methods.
To CANADA
Express fast shipping 2-5 days
Standard shipping 5-10 days
Standard FREE 5-10 days (for orders over $100)
To USA
Express International fast shipping 2-5 days
Standard International shipping 5-10 days
Standard International FREE 5-10 days (for orders over $100)
Note: At time of delivery, a notice card may be left at your door indicating where to pickup your package at the nearest location. Details are provided in your delivery confirmation.
Tracking number of each parcel is provided by email after the order has been shipped;
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days or less. Processing times may be longer during high volume periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
A shipping tax for each order will be displayed on the checkout page, right after you add all your products and proceed to checkout
Shipping costs will vary depending on location & order weight;
Prices products on Gold Glow Beauty website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and all orders are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
If you are visiting our website on USA, the prices will be converted on your credit card statement to your home currency based on your credit card’s exchange rate at the time of the purchase.
Customers purchasing from the USA will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties and/or customs fees at the time the order arrives at its destination. Gold Glow will not be responsible for any duties or customs fees. We recommend that you contact your local department of commerce to find out more information on any such fees that are applicable to your home country. Packages undergoing customs clearance may experience additional delays that are out of our control.
All your orders are being packed in our safe boxes or envelope bag, so you don't have to worry about products' safe transportation. We care about it!
If your package arrives missing an item, with incorrect items, or with any damage to the items, email us right away at contact@goldglowbeauty.ca. Please include photos of your packing slip and any damage.
Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. Gold Glow Beauty allows 30 day returns for all products. Please note that the original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
