SHIPPING

When will my order ship and where does Gold Glow Beauty ship from?

We process and ship out orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped the following business day (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).  

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update. Gold Glow Beauty ships from Canada.

During high-traffic times such as holidays and promotions, shipping may take a bit longer than usual. Thank you for your patience. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at contact@goldglowbeauty.ca

How does shipping work? Do I qualify for free shipping?

Standard shipping within Canada is free on any order above $100 (not including promotions).

Standard fulfillment & shipping takes 5~8 business days after the order is placed using UPS. In some instances, UPS may be used based on location.

We also offer FedEx Express (3-4 business days), and FedEx.

Note that orders with express shipping are still subject to our processing and handling time of 1-2 business days.

PAYMENT METHODS

What payment methods does Gold Glow
accept?

Gold Glow accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, American Express, Mastercard and Discover. We also accept PayPal and Shop Pay.

CANCELATIONS, RETURNS, INCORRECT SHIPMENTS

My order arrived with something missing/incorrect/damaged.
If your package arrives missing an item, with incorrect items, or with any damage to the items, email us right away at contact@goldglowbeauty.ca. Please include photos of your packing slip and any damage.


Can I return my purchase?
Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. Gold Glow Beauty allows 30 day returns for all products. Please note that the original shipping costs cannot be refunded.


Can I cancel or change my order?
Gold Glow cannot alter an order once it has been placed. This includes adding or removing any items in the order or changing the shipping method.


If you need to update your address or cancel an order, email contact@goldglowbeauty.ca. Our customer service team will do their best to stop the order, however, this is not guaranteed.
